This is how it has been made known through a media communique, which says that the indictment was made in connection with the February 14, 2021 elections.
“Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo (PSRK) has filed an indictment at the Constitutional Court in Pristina, the Special Department, against defendants with initials B.D., in connection with the February 14th elections of 2021”, the Prosecutor's Community says.
In addition, the communiqué says that “Special Prosecutor announced that the indictment was filed against defendant B. D, the head of the Kllokot municipality, because it has proved a suspicion based on having committed criminal work “Cencing the free definition of original voters and sanctioning Article 210 of Code No. 06/L-074 Penal of the Republic of Kosovo”
Otherwise, in March of this year, the Constitutional Court in Pristina had decided over the special prosecutor's request of the Republic of Kosovo for the appointment of the detention move against Bozidar Dejanovic because of the suspicion given that the same had committed criminal work in violation of the free voter definition.
He was arrested on 12 March suspected of “Cenim of free voter definition”.
