The KOK has held the media conference, where it has uncovered developments regarding Kosovo's participation in the Olympic Games, Tokio 2020.

Committee President Ismet Krasniqi announced that Kosovo will be represented by a total of 11 athletes.

We all have 11 athletes coming from 6 different sports, judo, swimming, wrestling, athletics, sports shooters and boxing”.

Krasniqi thanked the sports girls, as they once again dominate the list of six, while five are males.

The president had hopes of winning medals in Tokyo 2020.

“If Kosovo manages to win only one single medal, it is a success, but expectations are to have more medals, taking into account the exercises that have taken”.

Donjata Sadiku, who was also present for her birthday, was given a gift from the committee, said that participation in the Olympic games is a dream for her and others attending.
