Vetevendosje and position deputies are trying to lead the Agency for Information and Privateship to decide who does not meet the criteria set by law.
Civil Society organisations (OSHC) and activists who have been monitoring the selection of the Commissioner for Information and Privateship have called on the deputies of the position to repeat the contest because the candidate Enver Bujar, who has scored at most, was deemed unsuitable.

VV) deputies and positions on this commission trying to push ahead with the non-legitive process of the Commissioner for Information and Private selection are:
Enver Dugolli, Arben Rexaj, Albanian Selimi-Mehmeti, Mefail Bajqinovci, Fatmir Humolli, and the communities are: Slavko Sivles from the Serbian List and Srdjan Galushi from the Kosovo Roma Progressive Movement.
While opposition MPs have withdrawn from the commissioner's election because, as they have said, manipulations in the process.
