“Procrastination will not solve this problem. We have to solve this problem with responsibility, rational and strategic. There are no more than 95,000 Serbs and no more than 1,350,000 Albanians. 211 MPs are present at the special session, and besides the head of the Serbian state there are Serbian diplomacy chief Nikola Sakalovic and the director of the so-called Serbian Office for Kosovo, Petar Petkov.
