The country's deputy prime minister, Besnik Bislimi, on behalf of the country's prime minister, Albin Kurti has sent Parliament Speaker Glauk Konjufca, a report on implementation of the agreements issued by Dialogue with Serbia.
This report, containing 35 pages of Deputy Prime Minister Bislimi, has sent it after the call has been made to keep the session at the starting point of the agenda “Discusing for the current performance of the Dialogue Process with Serbia”, writes Insander newspaper.
This report, which Insider has provided, contains points about the dialogue process that have been discussed since the beginning of discussions between Kosovo and Serbia, until they have been positively assessed by Kurti Government.
A total of 23 agreements have been reached in this report: Freedom of Movement, Civil Registers, Customs Procedures, Cadastral Registers, recognition of university diplomas, integrated border management, representation and regional co-operation.
The report, which Deputy Prime Minister Bislimi has written, is also responsible for the process of dialogue with Serbia from these points, has also cited the challenges Kosovo faces in talks on the Czech fields.
Until today, at this session Prime Minister Kurti is being criticised for his approach to dialogue.
The head of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Lumir Abdixhiku, has told Prime Minister Kurti that obligations and responsibilities as prime minister cannot go away and that no one will judge him in the process of dialogue.
He has said Kurti has changed radically in each case so far.
“You are going into unprepared dialogue. There are some principles the prime minister cannot overcome. The first principle is for dialogue to be done with Kosovo, not for Kosovo”, he has said.
While PDK Chairman Enver Hoxhaj's task leader has continued his criticism of Kurt, saying he is wrong about access to dialogue and that he is going without platform and strategy.
“You are going to break your pledges that you will not go into the dialogue without apologising Serbia you have said you do not go into dialogue without canceling the agreements, bring the agreements to the Assembly, cancel that you have votes. Because of the future Albanians, apologise that in this country you have exerted violence on MPs for dialogue” has said further.
The new” Albin dialogue is a picture with Vucin, the new dialogue is what we saw yesterday at the UP's campus. The new dialogue is new competencies. You are going to dialogue not for mutual recognition but to normalise the reports with Serbia we expect from you with the market whether we will have mutual recognition or will be recognised by the five EU nations, will we join NATO in international organisations” has been expressed Hoxhaj.
Kurti has also responded to Enver Hoxhaj's criticism from the PDK.
“Mayor The PDK said I didn't realize his expectations, but I'm not by pledge here, but I'm chosen in contrast to those expectations. I was asked to come here to platform dialogue but such a thing would be wrong because Tuesday is the meeting for dialogue not to continue. Any platform for the new dialogue would be wrong before the meeting for the new dialogue. The platform is not the first step when you draw up the platform is accepting dialogue that is still unknown to the agency”ka Kurti stressed.
He has further said he is going to protect Kosovo's interest. “I advocate the interest of the Republic of Kosovo as prime minister, but I do not speak only of our own interests, only of myself as a party, but speaks of the parties as well. I'm not leaving that position to the middleman. Not only do we want without seeing what the whole context is I talk about the side, of course, that protects interest before all...” has continued.
Kurt has continued to insist that he does not escape dialogue on principles.
I'm not running away from well prepared dialogue, I'm not running out of meetings and I'm sorry that I'm accused of being accused of someone who left the dialogue to the former president, at the time he had embraced the territorial exchange project. As for meetings with the Serbian side, the biggest damage in the sense of the US has been done just when the red carpet was spread to the president of those at the White House. I've just one prayer at last. Don't take me down again than... ” is expressed among other Sources Kurti.
