Earlier, Germany and 13 other EU member states have denounced a law by Hungary that prohibits the portrayal of juvenile homosexuality.
Europe's governing football body has been criticised for not allowing Munich to use rainbow colors in the stadium, the BBC writes, translates Periscopi.
U n EFA said it had to reject the request taking into account the political context in Hungary.
The DPA news agency stated that Mr. Obran had cancelled his visit to Munich and was now due to go to Brussels, where the EU leaders' summit begins.
