Manchester United striker Mason Greenwood has retired from England's team for this summer's European Championship in order to recover from a para-servative damage, Periscope broadcast.
The teenager was appointed to the Three Lions' Profiling Team with 33 men for the tournament after a fine end of the season with the Red Days.
Greenwood's place on the full team was balanced, but 19-year-old made Gareth Southgate's decision easier by withdrawing in order to recover fully from the indefinable issue.
