LVV Parliamentary Group chief Mimoza Kusari-Lila said that on the question of dialogue there is co-ordination of positions between the presidency and the Government of Kosovo.
She said there have been cases, in past governments, the very dialogue becomes the problem between the executive and the Presidency.
What has generally changed in the dialogue process is a fact that is co-ordination and unity in relation to attitudes between the President and the Government. Not often have we seen dialogue become an apple of contention between coalitions, and then between Presidency and Government”, Kusari-Lila said.
Kusari-Lila at the table invited by KDI, said Serbia is constantly showing it is not interested in the peace agreement with Kosovo.
“Dialog included two sides of Kosovo and Serbia, only yesterday have we heard two statements by President Vuciq that are against any rating. We can make all efforts in Kosovo, but dialogue may not result, since on the other hand it is a leader both Vuciq part of the previous stability from the time of Milosevqiti”, Kusari-Lila said.
The VV MP said it should be thought of if we want the final dialogue with a president like Vuciq who does not recognise Kosovo.
“We have confirmation of Serbia's position that we should be careful when we say we are in the final phase of the dialogue. Do we want to have the final dialogue with a president who says he does not recognise Kosovo's independence”, she said.
Kusari-Lila said that the four proposals by Prime Minister Kurti made in Brussels are a step forward in this process.
She added that the agreements reached so far with Serbia cannot be insisted on whether they have constitutional violations.
