The decision to elect the new Constitutional Court judge is bad news for the process, but good for the options that remain available. All political parties, indiscriminately, must be committed to selecting individuals who are primarily professionals and then politically impartial. And when attempting to impose on any of these two criteria, that is the biggest blow that can be done in the country's constitutional order”, Krasniqi said.
