Kosovar allegedly killed his former wife's boyfriend before children in Belgium

The murder occurred Monday in the Belgian town of Deurne, near a school where the woman and her boyfriend had gone to pick up her children. The children were also witnesses to this event.

The victim has been identified as Ismet Osmanay, 52, and he was hit with a dry tool.
