At least 2 people were taken to the hospital with slight head injuries after a Greenpeace activist entered Allianz Arena's premises on the eve of the match between Germany and France.
The activist threw a ball into the field where there was a banner against one of the competition sponsors, but suddenly lost control of the parachute from cameras “spider” and landed with difficulty in the field.
During the landing, parts of the thruster fell on the spectators, hurting two of them. Even French coach Deschamps was miraculously rescued from a piece of metal.
