At one point a woman sits in front of their car, making it impossible for her to cross while a man tries to stop the car by holding it by hand for hooding.
The event has been recorded in the area of Himara, while the entire scene has been filmed by Albanian tourists who were caught in the event.
It is suspected that the cause of this conflict has become a dispute over hotel days as well as poor conditions in those environments.
