The Kosovo government at today's meeting has approved the initiative for the Financial Agreement “Kosovo Emergency Project for COVID-19”, which is additional financing between Kosovo and the International Development Association.
This agreement amounts to the value of 15m euros.
Finance Minister Iron Murati has submitted to the government cabinet the request for approval of this agreement, which eventually received everyone's support.
The additional financing agreement amounts to 15m euros. Financial tools will be designated as continuation of the response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the key point will remain the strengthening of health capacity.
The deal is aimed at supporting the procurement and distribution of COVID-19” vaccines, Murati said.
