This is Faik Fazliu: The police superior threatened me three times at the station, said “the hammom is begging in Prizren”

Former head of the KLA Veterans' Organisation, Faik Fazliu, has given his own exclusive version of Express how it came to his arrest last night at a coffee shop in Prizren. Fazliu denies having finished the police official, even saying he didn't even see him. He is amazed that he was arrested. It also says [...]
He says the police official has been biased to him.
I actually don't even know how it came to arrest itself, because I absolutely didn't give the slightest word or case to the police officer to act that way with me. So I know he's so biasedly treated me like that, I know. I've been able to explain this to the investigators and certainly they know it because they've seen the videos, and the procusoria has seen that I absolutely haven't had to do anything like that with any tinkling or anything at the police officer”, Faik Fazliu said.
Asked if you personally know the former head of O VL KLA says it does not know, but during questioning it has proved police officials are familiar with it.
I don't know that cop, I don't even know who he is, but when I was sent to the police station, I proved that they knew me and one of the superior commanders who was, senior officer at the police station, and they jumped me, in the words that you were looking for in Prizren, three times I was threatened by superior Bujar Sahiti. It's true that they know me and they know who I am. I haven't given them even the slightest chance. I've been at the bar with my wife drinking, drinking, drinking, and giving her the slightest chance to have such conduct”, Fazliu said further.
I can't even believe this is the case”, he said.
By contrast, according to the Police's announcement, Fazliu had been arrested after having detained a police officer who was in official office assisting AWI inspectors in a coffee shop, over disrespecting antiCondavit19 measures, but denies that the former head of OVL KLA.
I deny that it's not true, it's recorded and it's very good at recording, and it doesn't even look bad for me to let the cop get around anymore. There are witnesses and there are dozens of witnesses who can testify to this”, he added.
In addition, he added that the Kosovo Police Inspectorate has announced the case and hopes that police officials will take steps.
I've met the IPK, they've been rudely, and after I've gone to the station, those superiors, they've got me in the office. I've already met the Inspectorate and I hope that proper measures will be taken with the rules, because they've used the uniforms and police offices to threaten me and I don't know why a police superior threatens me and tells me “the hammic is begging in Prizren”, three times he's threatening me, Fazliu told Gazeta Express.
Asked, if he feels threatened after threats by police officials who claim to have taken them, he said “I couldn't believe this is happening and I don't need to feel endangered because I haven't hurt anyone. But I'm feeling very worried about why there might be people in the police uniform who behave like that and at least have a day to reason why”.
Faik Fazliu was released after the arrest, although last night the prosecutor had ordered the 48-hour detention measure.
First news of his release made known, O chairman VL KLA Faton Klonaku, while details about the Express Journal, have provided Prizren Foundation Prosecutor's spokesman Lutfi Morina.
According to him, Faik Fazliu, first heard of him later, it has been estimated that there are no circumstances to keep him further in the ban.
“Yes, it was released and heard the same and appreciated that there are no circumstances to keep it further in the ban, and the same was released in regular procedure”, Morina told Express.
Asked how it came to this decision, after the 48-hour ban was initially ordered, Morina said “have heard and is interested in the circumstances, all have been clarified and it is seen that it is not necessary to stay in the” ban.
So Fazlius has initiated the case “Canning against the official person”.
Meanwhile, his wife, Alketa Gashi-Fazliou, has reported to Express that police officers have knocked Faik down, of whom he says there has been no reaction to them.
