In addition to close family members, the visits are expected to begin in August or September, if the first phase is assessed as positive.

We remember that The Hague-based Special Prosecutorship has pressed charges against eight former KLA participants, who are currently being held by the specialised headquarters at The Hague.
Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselini, Jakup Krasniqi and Rexhep Selimi are charged with war crimes and crimes against humanity. Sali Mustafa and Peter Shala have also been charged with war crimes, reports Democracy.com.
Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj have been charged by the Special Prosecutor in The Hague for criminal acts “against justice administration, namely for obstructing official persons in performing official duties, fearing witnesses, taking revenge and for violating the secret of the procedure”.
These alleged crimes are mentioned in a 2011 Council of Europe report, author of which is Swiss senator Dick Marty.
The court was founded by the Kosovo Assembly in August 2015 and operates in The Hague in the Netherlands.
