The British prime minister's wife had not been designed especially for her most important day, since she had rented her wedding dress.
Carrie Symonds had been renting for several days from a website called “My Wardbore HQ”, Kosovo reports.
“Carrie has always rented from us”, says Sacha Neall, founder of “Myardobe HQ”, which had no idea this particular dress was destined for the Westminster Cathedral.
Greek designer Christos Costarllos' dress would cost 2,870 pounds, but Symonds rented it for 45 pounds.
The renting of clothes from clothing, shoes, bags, and hair accessors has become increasingly popular in recent years.
Even the pandemic is not that it has seriously damaged these kinds of businesses.
