According to BBC Sports, Rome has submitted a $15m bid for Swiss representative Granit Jaka rejected by Arsenal.
The proposal was believed to be worth 15 million (about 12.9 million), more than Gialovos had proposed earlier, which was $12 million plus bonus.
It remains to be seen how prepared they are to present, as Sky Sports Italy reports Jaka is putting pressure on Arsenal to let him go.
The young coach of Gialorossius, Jose Mourinho, specifically searched for Jaka for his team in Stadio Olympia.
