Since the beginning of the pandemic, Kosovo has faced the Devov-19 virus, which has caused psychic fatigue in medical personnel, so Kosovo Mayor Plerat Sejdiu has said in an interview for Online Economy.

He even said that serious working conditions, lack of necessary means could affect the removal of health workers from public sectors and their departure outside Kosovo.

And there are psychological problems that are faced with depression, cases of psychiatric fatigue due to poor working conditions, and not managing long hours of a category work. Kosovo should not relax but prepare because now when the waves are often multiplied is the possibility that the risk of strain will increase at the level of delivery of health services.

Infectian Ilir Tolaj stressed that health personnel will face posttraumatic stress for a long time.
