Based on provisions 5, 15.2.7 of the Law for the Kosovo Privatisation Agency No.04/L-034 (changed with Law No. 05 L-080) and Law No.03 L-087 for public companies (changed by our Law. 04/ L-111 and Law No. 05L-009), the Board of Directors of the Kosovo Privatisation Agency at the meeting held on July 31st, 2019, has decided to withdraw from the competence and administrative authority of the AKP: “transport company Kosovotrans”.
The Kosovo Privatisation Agency in line with Article 5 of Law No. 04/L-034 for the Kosovar Privatisation Agency, it could be that assets which under this law are administered in charge and management of another public body, through a regulation or law that is in force and has been declared by a competent public authority in the Republic of Kosovo after June 1999.
According to Law No. 03 L-087 for public companies (changed by our Law. 04/ L-111 and Law No. 05L-009, the Transport Company “Kosovotrans” has moved to Public Enterprises.
So based on this Kosovo Privatisation Agency, there is no authority, and there is no responsibility associated with this company, assets, creditors, obligations, workers or any action or action for and on behalf of this company.
