Serbian residents who live in Serb majority municipalities in the north rarely say they do not accept the independence of the Republic of Kosovo.
Even so, they use electricity, which is distributed by public companies in the state of Kosovo.
And their energy expenses now, and how many years it covers the Kosovo Government budget as Serbs do not pay the electricity.
Meanwhile, again the issue of paying these expenses has been raised at the Economic Commission.
Mimoza Kusari Lila has made several proposals on how to carry out these payments, but she has not received support from everyone.
Ferat Shala chairman of this commission says the amount of 11m euros from Kosovo should not be paid.
Shala adds that such a fee is also at the expense of the KOST public company, which makes the entire state of Kosovo electricity supply.
But Spring Dobuna energy expert indicates that this company is forced by the European company ENCOI to compensate for all financial shortages.
Meanwhile, Dobruna adds there is no other solution for the current government as political decisions against the organisation. ENCOI from the Kosovo government has been done long ago.
However, Dobruna's payment to be paid by COSTI calls it a temporary solution, since the best solution would be to create a private energy regulator in northern municipalities.
