The former coach of Juventu and Naples, Maurizio Sarri, is in advanced conversation with Lazio while discussing contract terms and market strategy with Eagles.
Il Corriere dello Sport writes that Sarri is ever closer to the White Bank, who are looking for an heir to Simone Inzaghit. The paper reports that his agent, Fati Ramadani, was in Rome on Friday evening and that a meeting was held with the former Chelsea technician last night.
They've discussed the transfer market with sports director Igli Tare and contract conditions with the former coach of Yu. The report says that Sarri has spoken on the phone with the president of Lazio and the deal is heading towards finalisation.
Sarri's been out of work for leaving Juventu in 2019/20 season, when he helped the Old Lady win Scuditto nine in a row. He returned to Italy after a successful season in Chelsea, where the Blue League had won Europe.

However, according to Alfredo Pedullas, Sarri has not yet discussed the contract, since he is still in contract with Juvento until June 2022, where the old lady made 2.5m euros at the end of the season after breaking the contract unilablely.
