Prime Minister Kurti meets European Director for Britain, talk about dialogue

Poortman congratulated Prime Minister Kurti on taking office and expressed the British government's willingness and will to continue to support Kosovo, especially in the area of rule of law and security.
Kurti said he is committed to the government leading to deepen even more bilateral relations with the United Kingdom.
He expressed particular gratitude for the help about recognitions for Kosovo and urged further co-operation with the United Kingdom for new recognitions.
Kurti and Poortman talked about economic development and the process of preparing for dialogue. It also discussed the situation with pandemic and measures to prevent corruption from spreading and economic recovery.
Poortman highlighted the fact that since Britain is outside the EU, the possibility of empowering bilate co-operation has increased.
Both sides laid out the need for new investments, which will bring employment, especially for young people.
In this direction, the prime minister highlighted the need for coming to Kosovo of major interiors, in the form of partnership with Albanian entrepreneurs from exile.
