Co-operative Group Formed for Founding Serbian Crimes Institute in Kosovo

Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu has announced they have formulated the group for drafting the concept document to establish the Institute for Crimes committed during the war in Kosovo.

It has also called on citizens to present any evidence they have for crimes committed during the war in Kosovo.

We just formulated the processing group to draw up the concept document to establish the Institute for Crimes committed during the war in Kosovo.

Part of the task force, besides relevant policy officials and political representatives, will also be representatives of civil society, local experts, consultants and citizens who have voluntarily documented war crimes over the past 20 years. The justice ministry remains open to co-operation and consultation with all those who can and want to contribute to this process.

I invite all citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, organizations and others who possess documents, evidence of crimes committed during the war in Kosovo, research which they have conducted and consider relevant to send them to this email document [email protected].
