The 22-year-old contract will expire in June 2021 and, with an assessment of the 54 million-pound Transfermark, Milan is facing the real opportunity to lose one of the team's most precious players.
According to an ESPN report, the Rossoners faced Donnarumma outside the club's grounds last Saturday and told him not to play at Allianz Stadium unless he plans to sign an extension of the contract.
