Recica has asked Minister Mehaj what his position on military duty is and whether he shares the same opinion with Prime Minister Albin Kurti on the subject.

Mehej said before MPs that they will work on this military plan, but that this is not expected to happen soon because there are some problems with the budget issue and a longer-term plan is needed.
