RTK fought the country of Serbia and Russia alone for years. After many years of continued efforts at least they have managed to put the change in the statute where RTK would be allowed to be part of this organisation, and with that Kosovo could be represented at the Eurosong Festival, but all is pending as the government of Serbia and Russia engaged directly in the fight against that demand from Kosovo.
The next step has already been taken, and Albert Limani has done this. Viewing the positive impact of the petitions, Limani has launched one through which it requires Kosovo's admission to Eurovision.
The initiative of this petition requires the support of citizens who by signing this petition help achieve the goal, bringing Kosovo to Eurovision 2022.
“Eurovision ended for this year, but not our commitment to taking Kosovo to Italy next year.
Praising the importance of the voice of citizens, we ask you to support us by signing this petition, which aims to send Kosovo to Eurovision 2022.
Kosovo is already part of large organisations and is the time for the European Broadcasting Network (EBU) to open the doors for Kosovo (RTK)”, the report says.
