The event had taken place weeks after Kosovo's liberation in a village in Gjilan, where one killed and two injured Albanians were left, while 3 Serbs were killed by Russian forces after fighting even refused to call Russian soldiers to stop the attack on Albanians.
At the time, 400,000 NATO-led peacekeepers had the right to use the deadly force to defend themselves, and NATO officials had supported the move by Russian soldiers.
