Jasharaj: If institutions want education as they say, they have to make the law that is impossible for politics to mix in education

United Kosovo Education Union ( The SBASK), is viewing the recruiting of educational workers as a huge problem, calling them bureaucratic contests.

The chairman of this trade union, Nundman Jasharaj, in an interview has said that replacing non-accusts will bring problems in education.

“Recruiting education workers has always been problematic, because it's a bureaucratic co-operation procedure, competitions are announced, then institutions take about two months to realise because the laws have made this very complex and what needs to be achieved, and what is to be achieved, that the agreement is that if there is suddenly a blank job left for different reasons to be allowed to be taken by that waiting framework and competing in contests, but it is not accepted because in Kosovo it is 30-50 of the more<1], Yashara said.
