Iran on Friday introduced the new type of dron, which it said has a radius of 2,000 miles [2,000 km]. State media say the fears are called “Gaza” to honour Palestinian efforts against Israel.
Iran has broad programmes for rockets and fears, naming these weapons as important prevention and revenge forces against the United States and other enemy countries in the event of war.
The West sees Iran's missiles as both a military threat to regional stability and a potential nuclear weapons transport mechanism if Tehran develops them. Iran denies it is developing nuclear weapons.
Iran's Revolutionary Guards said the new fears could fly 35 hours without interruption and could carry 13 bombs and 500kg of electronic equipment.
