High Law Inspectorate has ordered the launch of a disciplinary investigation for the head of the Elbasan Court, Enkeleda Kapedani, after making videos at office facilities on the TikTok social network.
Order from ILD inspector Arthur Metani came after video footage of her making films and videos on social networks in the courts were circulated in the media.
