The change has occurred in the realm of the political structure, and the results should be received just as there is a need for filtering based on knowledge and individual results, including stays on specific issues.
The change should also occur in the media and NGOs, respectively, in the kind of debate that develops by assisting thorough progress. The only obstacle to progress can be to the extreme and the forces that set up in order to create a sense of urgency to cause disappointment and prevent political evolution. The constructive disagreement, the debate over issues and deepening in ideas and policy of progress should be considered necessary value and contribution.
