He has been declared optimistic about establishing the basis for co-operation and communication between the Parliamentary Commission and the Executive.

At today's meeting of the Commission for Foreign Affairs and Diaspoas held, the first Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration, Development and Dialog, Besnik Bislimi, who briefed the commission on his visit to Brussels and the meetings held there and the dynamics expected in the ongoing months. The meeting has been characterised by questions, discussions and fruitful comments to set the basis for co-operation and communication to the Parliamentary- Executive Commission, in order to increase accountability, transparency and exchange of information for the important processes that are under way in our country.
Also, the KPD today approved the commission's field-action. Commission members agreed to be asked by parliamentary groups to submit proposals concerning the composition of members of the V Friendship Groups for Legislate III, between the Kosovo Republic Assembly and the parliaments of other states. The meeting followed the proposal to form a working group within the commission regarding the possibility of completing the regulation for forming friendship groups, which regulations date back to 2009.
At the end of the meeting, commission members agreed that at the next scheduled meeting on May 11, 2021, the foreign affairs minister, Ms. Donika Grovalla Schwarz, to report on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora's Legal Plan.
