Google, as will Apple, will run the label function “privacy” on all Android applications distributed at the Play Store.
On April 26th, with an update of the OS operating system, the Capertino company presented the possibility that its users rule out tracking applications for advertising purposes.
The labels will shoot icons and graphics using personal data from apps.
As a result, developers will have to declare the Google company and the public of users which personal data they use and for what purposes, besides providing an expanded privacy policy.
To prepare for innovation, Google invites developers to review their processes and programmes to correct any deviations from the company's rules and privacy policy.
According to the Gizmodo website, Google will announce the rules for developers within summer, they will have until the first quarter of 2022 to comply.
If we find that a developer has mispronounced the data and violates the rules, we will ask the developers to make corrections”, Google said in Android developers' blog. / AT SH-ANSA/
