Behramay: Veton Surroi is doing propaganda against Thaci, with money from Norwegian taxpayers

Adil Behramaj, once adviser to former President Hashim Thaci, has said publicist Veton Surroi, now part of Kosovo's team for talks with Serbia, is spreading propaganda against the money president of the Norwegian state, who is praised for neutrality in international politics.
