With this point taken, Chelsea now has 55 points in her fourth position, as many as West Ham in her fifth, as long as Liverpool is located at 53 and Tottenham with 50 fighting for a place in the Champions League.
Chelsea created cases and tried for 90 minutes to find the goal of three points, but it was impossible for the Super Brighton to fight until the judge's last stroke.
