A Court panel Appeals to Special Court today has rejected the request for freedom protection Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselin, Jakup Krasniqi and Rexhep Selimi, who are charged with crimes in Kosovo's freedom fight, reports Periscopi.
This panel has not taken into consideration arguments offered by the defendants' defence, while it clearly seems that it has kept the same line as Prosecutor Jack Smith and the Pre-Platical Court, Nicolas Guillou, though all three of these organs would have to function as independent of each other.
Apel has not even entrusted state pledges to Kosovo, correctly by the Kosovo Police, has enough capacity to provide security in monitoring indictees during their stay on temporary release.
