The Knights began vigorously and had to pass through the upper hand, but Timo Werner somehow missed from six meters away. Fortunately for the German, his associate, Christian Pulisic, scored 1-0 in the 14th minute.
From nowhere, however, Reali evened. Millitao returned the ball to the danger zone from a break, and Benzema brilliantly found space to stick the ball into the net.
There wasn't a lot of complaints by Chelsea's defenders but the goal wasn't supposed to be accepted.
Well, at least so says the Spanish daily Marcha.
