In a video-audio released on social networks, the words of Ibra to Judge Mareska are heard, and as it sounds, the entire episode has been a misunderstanding on the part of the referee.
Ibra is addressed to Maresca with the words Sembra strano è, which means in Albanian it seems strange is, an irony this from Swedish to judge, with the latter allegedly hearing the word "bastardo", which in Italian has the emphasis of almost the same as the words spoken by Ibra.
This case will probably not end, and until there is an official announcement these are just hypotheses.
