Kusari-Lila makes fun of hero police, Enver Zymberaj, who was killed while the deputy prime minister was.

Vetevendosje Parliamentary Group chief Mimoza Kusari Lila following the proposal she made at the commission's meeting for Economy, Industry, Interventor and Trade to share 11m euros in electricity payment for northern Serbs has offended Kosovo's hero police. She said it is best to separate these [...]

She said it's better to divide these tools for COSTT than the cops to turn us north into coffins, transmit Periscope.

And there were numerous reactions after this statement, described as insulting, in the most specific case against police Enver Zymberaj, who was killed in the north at the time Kusari-Lila herself was Kosovo's deputy prime minister.

It's Nol Niushi from PSD who said it was a nasty statement and that police Officer Enver Zymbergaj was not killed for electricity bills.

The same was the reaction of Adil Behramaj, former adviser to former President Thaci, while other reactions are coming from all sides.

Two recommendations today have submitted the Commission for Economics, Industry, Interventor and Trade in terms of paying electricity to Serbs in the four northern municipalities.

The MP's proposal by the Vetevendosje Movement Mimoza Kusari-Lila, who received the Commission's support by 6 votes per and 3 against, was for COSTT to take responsibility for the electricity' pay even for the next six months and not be imposed on the Government.

According to her, the government's obligation remains to resolve this issue for extending authority in the field of energy within six months in the north.

While against that was Commission for Economy Chairman Ferat Shala, who stressed that this issue should not be legalised for Serbian citizens in the north.

His second proposal was for the Government to pay six more months, not COST.

I think we should maintain financial independence by the last point of the KO unit. STT and the burden of responsibility and financial and political must meet the Government. In this relationship I have written my recommendations, saying the Government is the only authority that can and does take responsibility for implementing or not implementing these situations created in this sensitive area”, Shala said.

While MP Kusari Lila stressed that it is better to separate the KOSTT vehicles for the north than, as she said, send police forces and return to the coffin, as if the case of the police, already a hero, Enver Zymber.

She said the government is obliged to ensure within the six-month term that the entire process of accessing the billing system under the rules and laws in force in co-operation with the parties responsible for consumers in Kosovo's four municipalities.

We're making solutions for the state of Kosovo, for what hasn't been done so far, because it's better to make a solution today with tools that are separated from COST, than, since you want politics, to send police forces back to the coffin, since Enver Zymber has returned to us. That's all that applies. We've been going all day to mention dead at the hearing, but I'll tell you, here's a chance. This is a matter of security”, Kusari Lila said.

While MP from AAK ranks Pal Lekaj said the shipment of COST with 11m euros is tolerable, under which no solution can be made by the Government for 6 months. Lekaj also raised the danger of legal offense for this modern - day action.

I based on something that COSTT doesn't do with paying. We have a decision of 2017 where COSTST has agreed from the ZRRE to announce the implementation of the Constitutional Court in Pristina through which the ZERE suspends COSTT's revenues for coverage of losses in northern Kosovo, released on the basis of the ombudsman's report. And now what are we doing? This decision” has not been abolished, Lekaj says.

Yesterday, the economy minister in the Commission, which has already stressed, has not found tools for COST's financial request.

Meanwhile, COST leaders have said they have enough means of their incomes just to preserve membership with NTS-E.

With 6 votes for and 3 against, the Commission voted MP Mimoza Kusari's proposal.

Also, the Commission for Economics, Industry, Intervention and Trade today has reviewed the complaint of the company “Kosovo Thrgjill”, for failing to implement the Economic Reservation Law, respectively, for release from the mining rent.

The issue has been reported to the management commission of this company and Economy Minister Artane Rizvanolli.

Rizvanolli stressed that there is no economic logic for the mining rent to be billed by KEK to “Kosova Thrgjili”, but according to her, this is the interpretation of the Legal Office to do so. She considers that it is unfair, but, as she said, are legal interpretations that there are no legal violations of this act.

I'm not a legal expert. I have the opinion of the legal office within the Ministry, which says the law is not being violated. That's why I said there's no economic logic, but that if there's a change in the decision, there's a decision to make. It is legal experts to show the way to go so that Kosovo can be enabled “Truttle” so as not to be billed by KEK on the matter”, Rizvanolli said.

Isuf Mehmeti, managing director of “Kosova Töngil”, arguing the complaint, said that for failing to implement the rent it is true that the company from January 1st when this law has been released has not been respected the Law on Economic Resurrection.

Commission Chairman Ferat Shala said the Law is clear, and allows all these units, while Kosovo's “Thrand” continues not to benefit from release of the entity. Shala said the law does not favour, as he said only the mining sector's '%bos.

Status and opposition MPs raise suspicion of legal violations in the company's report of discrimination in question.
