Again, hearing of Albulen Hadziu, Paul Lekat of two former tear gas dropouts fails

Thursday's session failed to take place after the accused said they were no longer equipped with evidence on subject paperwork.
Under those circumstances, Judge Fatime Dermak scheduled the next session on April 14, 2021, at 09: 00 p.m.
Initially, the judge of this case was Judge Naim Krasniqi é Jashanica, but after passing it from the Randa Crime Department to the General Department, this case will be tried by Judge Fatime Dermaku, reports the “Law on Justice.
Otherwise, before this case passed to Judge Dermaku, the initial sessions were held on July 10th and July 30th, as well as the September 2nd and September 15, 2020, had failed.
In contrast, the session scheduled for March 16 of this year has been postponed in the absence of Lekaj accused.
According to the indictment filed on April 8, 2016, Lekaj, Baftiu, Cadaj-Bujupi and Haxhiu are charged with without authorization having possessed tear gas canisters.
The indictment says that on February 19, 2016, around 12:20, in the Kosovo Parliament hall, after a pause in the Parliament's work until the accused were returning to the hall during the check by the Parliament's security workers, the accused had been found and seized by a tear gas balloon, which they kept without authorization.
For these actions, the four indictees are suspected to have each separately committed criminal work “ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons” by Article 374, paragraph 1 of KPRK.
