Sami Uka and Rabbi Konjufca are political appointees of the respective ministries. They are appointed because they are not chosen.
Sami Uka is a family medicine specialist and is a primary health care magistrate from London University. His professional experience included medical engagement at the International Medical Corps and senior official at the World Health Organisation.
The Rabbi Confjuca, on the other hand, has finished the Faculty of Defence and Security. He was a member of the KLA, KPC and KSF. He has experience and knowledge in the field of security, which is unique and valuable because he crosses all phases of the transformation of our army.
It is up to the ministers to select staff and their associates who they think will help and trust in carrying out tasks and fulfilling vows.
