FIFA has clarified the rules for players who want to change the National they play for.

Under the rules, the players must be present for their nationals and are not submitted to the A National, can change the National.

But the rules exclude players who have more than 21 years, so they can't change the National.

In our case, Tomgjon is 22 years old, 23-year-old Berisha, Bastien Toma 21 widow and 21-year-old Andy Zeqiri.

This causes them to lose their right to change the National.

The only way is if three years passed without representing their own nationals and then qualified to represent someone else.

Here are the new @ FIFAcom rules for players that wish to change associations that they depressed.
