The fine was just after the person did not wear the mask. Whether he just didn't make it right or didn't even have it.
After the fine is pronounced, citizens have run and attacked police, who then received medical treatment.
“Rr. Remzi Hoxha, Ferizaj , 05.04,2021 Kosovo's male suspect has been arrested because he physically attacked two police officials until they were in charge of the official task of implementing the plan, preventative measures for Ovid-19. Suspects of not wearing a mask by the police had filed fines, and the same in protest had cans and attacked policemen who, as a result, accepted medical treatment. At the order of the prosecutor, the suspect is sent to the detention for 48 hours”, a 24-hour police report reported.
