With the Knights advancing 1-0 in the last 10 minutes, the officials remained with one less player, the Periscope broadcasts.
The defender, Fabian Balbuena, received the red card for an intervention at Ben Chilellin and was extremely difficult to decide by Chris Kavanagh.
Paraguian defender had contact with the left-wing Chelsea defender trying to get rid of the ball.
Balboena could not do anything to avoid contact with Chillwell, but the judge still deemed his actions dangerous and showed him the red as a result.
