With that decision, Nagavci has abolished the preliminary decision that former Resor Minister Rame Likaj had made for Beqaj's appointment.
Likaj had named Beqaj as a member of the KSHC, while this decision had not been ratified in the Kosovo Assembly, as provided by law.
Only three members currently remain at the KSHC Board.
In February, the three international members and two local KSHC members had resigned.
