So it says in a response to them, stressing that seeing the majority of the mayors of the Republic of Kosovo and the Council of Association of Kosovo has been against the closure and restriction of the movement, Vitia has not received on the basis of this assessment of the mayors, so this shows that Vitita is among the ministers that continue to disrespect thoughts and evaluations from local institutions, Klan Kosova reports.
The Kosovo Communist Association Board on 4 March 2021 has declared it against restriction and closure.
So according to AVONET, restricting the movement of citizens from 10: 00 p.m. to 5: 00 a.m., is one of the serious human rights violations, which is guaranteed with the International Convention and the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo.
AV ONET, you consider that the measure of restriction has never had any effect but has only caused economic and psychic consequences.
