The Court of Appeals has cancelled the sentence for life imprisonment of Noah Mavroqan, who had killed his wife in Kamenica with metal rod.
This has been made known by a media communique by the Court of Appeals, writes news.net.
“The Court of Appeals, with approval of the defender's complaint to N.M. But even on official duty, he has canceled the Act of Foundation Court in Gjilan on the date 04.12.2020. The case has been returned to the same court in restoration”, writes news.net.
