Aktakuze against Malisheva chairman Ragip Begaj for misuse of official position

The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo has filed an indictment at the Constitutional Court in Pristina, the Special Department, against defendants R.B., for criminal work “The use of official position or authority”.

Telegrafi learns it's about the mayor of Malisheva municipality, Ragip Begaj.

The Special Prosecutor reports the indictment has been filed due to suspicion that the defendant R.B. and has continued in the quality of the official person committed the criminal work deliberately and exploiting official authority, and overstepped its competence by causing harm to the citizens of R.R. and the municipal budget.

With these actions, defendant R.B. has committed criminal work “Using official position or authority”, by Article 422, paragraph 1 concerning Article 81 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code.
