The agency remains committed to preparing and welcoming distribution reports of all those social companies and assets in liquidation that meet the legal conditions for distribution, while the challenge, which makes it difficult and slows the Agency's work in the liquidation sphere, remains the large number of complaints in the Special Chamber of the Supreme Court of Kosovo ( DPSK), which is unable to prepare distribution reports for legal creditors and prevent the closure of the liquidation process for many companies without all complaints in the Special Chamber resolved.
