Muciqi has criticised the measures, saying all governments since the beginning of the pandemic have used double standards.
He has also announced that the diaspora have begun booking weddings in the Albanian town of Kukes.
“Dasms will be organised in Albania. They've started booking”, he said in Channel 10, broadcasting Periscope.
Otherwise, new measures will go into effect by tomorrow and last for 12 days. /Periscopi/
